i swear i was not over doing it. honestly. i had light weight on the bar for doing squats, basically just warming up.
on about my second warm up set, i felt it! a slight pang in my lower left side, towards the back. it wasn’t too bad,
so i just switched over to leg extensions. after a few sets of those, i decided to call it an evening (or early morning..
it was 2am this morning). this morning when i awoke.. it wasn’t that bad, but throughout the day, it has progressively gotten
worse. by the time it was 3pm, my back was just killing me. luckily, my chiropractor was able to squeeze me in at 4pm. a few painful
adjustments later.. and all was good. it is still a bit tender, and causes me to walk a bit light on one side, but hopefully it will
lighten up by tomorrow.
and back to exercise… i showed talon how to do chinups on a bar i have setup. he is totally going crazy for them!! he can do a good
two by himself.. and four.. with just the slightest bit of help. he is so cute and so excited about them helping to make his muscles
big!! first thing out of bed this morning… his eyes still half closed, he walked over to the bar and asked me to lift him up so he could
do some. it was great, i laughed and told him to eat breakfast and wake up a bit before he got started on his exercise.. he did four this morning
