Just f*cking sucks

last nite’s workout was pretty decent. i did have to take it easy again for a couple of the
exercises as i felt my back start to tighten up. hopefully one of these days i won’t have
to baby it as much..

we are /almost/ finished with my left arm. this sleeve has gone a lot
quicker than my other one, i guess the timing of it all just worked
out better. mind you, i did not go through a separation and divorce in
the middle of this one. ha!

anyway, it looks good, right? of course it does. i am extremely
impressed with how it is turning out.
neal has done a killer job. you
should go see him if you need/want any work done, and of course, you
live near us…

this wasn’t too bad for a light lower body workout. it has been ages since i have worked my legs, and since i am still getting
over a back injury.. taking it slow is definitely the way to go. i would hate to get into the swing of things and then have
to cut off because of injury. so.. slowly we shall go! (damn.. it did feel good to work my quads again!!)

these are mainly for my reference, and an easier way for me to track my progress, positive or negative. my diet is going along well,
and i have been quite good at cutting out all the nasty sweets and keeping an eye on my carbs, etc… i am not sure what i want my
target weight to be, i guess i’ll just play it by ear. my shoulders keep popping quite a bit while i work out, i will definitely have
to keep an eye on them.
