class. It was Talon’s first time to spar. He did well, except for the
whole /turning away from his opponent/ thing , but hey… I’m
proud!

Remember when you had your elbows tattooed? How irritatingly painful it was everytime you bent your arm or set it down on the desk
as you typed at your computer? Ok, so perhaps you don’t. Here is what you can do. Take an
ADT. There you go, that is all you need to do.

Yesterday morning when I was changing the band-aids on my elbows I saw that they contained color. Yes, that’s what I said, color. This, in
my case, is not a good thing. It means my elbows have been so banged up that they are opened up a bit to the second layer of skin. I do believe
a retouch will be in order, for both elbows!

I purchased some elbow support braces yesterday. Not that I need support, but they will at least keep my elbows protected while they heal.
