So this weekend was pretty productive. I was able to clear a couple items off of my list, of course, I have a couple new things to add, but that’s life, right? Clear one thing off, add three?
I was also able to fix a couple small bugs in Talon’s color pod. I still want to add the colors to a database so that his progress can be viewed over the entire school year.
I started cutting up the fallen trees in the yard. I also took down a couple that were damaged when the original trees fell. There was a lot to cut up. Most of it is completed, I just need to start loading up the trailer for tree disposal. I’ll keep a few bits for firewood, but it looks like a few of the trees actually have a fungus on them. I sure as hell do not want that burning in my fireplace, come winter.
Before starting on the trees, I doused myself mosquito spray, even going so far as to spray my face. Note to self and others: DO NOT spray bug repellent on your face! My lips started tingling after about 10 minutes. That could not have been good.
Oh well. I should get back to work..
