I have been running around.
Unfortunately, I have not gotten far. Well currently, I am still doing my ramp up running on the treadmill. My balance is crap and it seems to take quite a bit of energy just to keep from falling off the damn thing. I am either too far forward or just about to slip off the back.
I am still pretty impressed with the Nike+ Ipod attachment. It’s pretty wild how it all works. I have been making steady progress (for me, anyway..).
My times have steadily been increasing over my whopping 4 day running career. I am happy with my progress, although I still do not believe that bull crap about a jogger’s high!





My roommate says he gets the runner’s high after 5 miles. I think he’s full of it.
