Bruce will screw a mesh over the opening, rather than attempting to close the opening. Apparently closing of the defect will just lead to the possibility of another hernia, so mesh it is!

I will be doing reviews of products along the way, in addition to keeping my workouts (and thoughts) posted. I am, by far, no expert on nutrition, but I do believe I know how to eat healthy, and I follow the P90X Nutrition guide (for the most part).
