		<description>I&#039;ll be thinking of you tomorrow, buddy.  I had two hernias repaired in October &#039;07 - ventral and umbilical.  They were open surgery with the mesh.  Fun stuff, yo.  I know yours will go a lot easier being laparascopic.  Just make sure you FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and don&#039;t exercise until they tell you that you can.  If you push it, then you&#039;re going to end up right back where you started.</description>
