Our Insane Insanity Schedule!
Posted by: | CommentsThis is our schedule for BeachBody’s Insanity. We are scheduled to start Monday, August 3rd, 2009 and finish Sunday, October 4th, 2009.
We are both extremely excited (and a little bit nervous) about starting… but definitely looking forward to it.

No need to diet!
Posted by: | CommentsFlipping channels at 3:30 am will give you the chance to purchase some of the greatest items in the world! One such item that caught my eye this morning was labeled on television as “No Need to Diet – Look up to 20 pounds thinner instantly!” Seriously… how could I not watch that?
Apparently it’s this body shaping girdle or something. The advert has women excitedly revealing how many inches the “Kymaro body shaper” has helped them hide. (that’s false advertising, IMO–but that’s not my point here). I think what bothers me most about this item is how it is sold. I’m sorry, but it is NOT that difficult to eat sensibly. You don’t even have to eat “healthy“, just sensible.
I flipped off the channel after just a few minutes and searched for their product online. The first hit was an “As Seen On TV” type site. I was going to grab the image to use in this post, but it was too small. I clicked the ‘larger image’ link to grab that one. As you can see by the image below. That did not work either.
It’s a pet peeve of mine. grrr

Posted by: | CommentsI have a lot of my body modification videos/pictures floating around the interwebz. If you search google images for “critter” or “tongue split“, my picture comes up 2nd and 3rd (respectively). The videos on YouTube draw quite the comments from time to time. They don’t bother me at all, only amaze me. I could never imagine myself leaving a comment on someone’s video such as “that’s stupid”, “people like you should die”, etc etc.. it really does blow my mind. They are quite laughable, if you ask me.
Anyway… the other day somebody left this comment on one of my tongue splitting videos
“Omg this isn’t normal! I don’t understand so I will judge you!“
How predicable man is, judging things that are not accepted by the majority. Have you ever thought that perhaps he isn’t influenced by others opinions? That he does it because it makes him happy? Your persecution shows your obedience to societies standards, which in itself is pathetic.

sidenote: I am happy I am finally beating out all those silly animals from that bad, bad 80’s movie!

Posted by: | CommentsI decided to redirect my p90xand.me blog to this one. It’s hard enough for me to update just one blog, let alone two. And let’s face it. If you’ve read my blog for a while (or at all) you are fully aware of the fact that I barely update. Ha!
I did export all the posts from the other blog and import them here before I redirected. I tested a few links. I’m pretty sure that anything linking to the other one will link here properly *shrug* oh well, if it doesn’t.
