Our Insane Insanity Schedule!

This is our schedule for BeachBody’s Insanity. We are scheduled to start Monday, August 3rd, 2009 and finish Sunday, October 4th, 2009.

We are both extremely excited (and a little bit nervous) about starting… but definitely looking forward to it.

    hi, i have a question.. is this the schedule that comes with the program? i have downloaded the workouts but am unsure as to what the correct schedule is.. thanks!

    On your schedule, is cardio circuit the same thing as the plyometric cardio circuit? Thanks.
