Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs. Who’s idea was it to put these two on the same day? I could barely keep from puking during Pure Cardio… and /then/ you want me to do Cardio Abs too? Outrageous!! (but it still felt good afterwards.. you know… when I was finally able to pick my body up off of the ground!!)

Insanity Week 3 Day 2

Over all a great workout. Today was Plyo Cardio Circuit. It definitely kicked my butt, and there were a few bits that I just couldn’t get through. It was all I could do to throw my legs here and there. The shoes I mention in the video are from www.vibramfivefingers.com. They are absolutely brilliantly comfortable. You should get some.

Today was our second Fit Test. While the Fit Test is not a difficult workout, it was quite exhausting. I was really pushing it, and made improvements in each move. Decent enough for just two weeks.
